A phased approach comprising four phases, is being implemented in developing the Project. The initial phase which is what is available now, comprise strong retail facilities complimented by some leisure facilities. In subsequent phases, Tinapa is expected to host a wide range of complimentary components which will include, trade and distribution, accommodation, conferencing, entertainment, leisure, food and beverage, cultural and educational, agritourism and ecotourism facilities.
